being around

while i was in KL, managed to drive around alot.. and the conclusion i came was that everywhere is actually close by.. it's just that because of the traffic AND the one way highways, it makes u feel that everything's far away......

we went all around from Pudu to Sogo (cause road closed) then ended up at Kampung Baru (don't ask) then happen to end up at Jln Ampang and then suddenly ended up at Brickfields bout 2 to 3 times, KL Sentral and around Bintang Walk and back to TTDI..... and also managed to find Klang! hahahah..... with all that driving, i think i'll be able to survive driving around KL... though i still depend on road signs la.....

was in 1U one time and i met my friend Esther (from Butterworth - working in KL) ... then the second time i went there, i met her again!! hahaha looks like she works around that area.... everytime we were there, we were pressed for time, so i didn't go round round.... it was Giant and back, lunch and back.... sigh.....

what's surprising was that among the crowd in 1U, my DAD... mind u, my DAD could spot CHERYL SAMAD!!!! it's like.... 0_0

dad: there there! look! cheryl!

me: (annoyed) ... cheryl who?

dad: she's so short!!!

me: (by now i knew who he was talking about)...yea la.. u didn't know ah? (i looked behind, couldn't see Cheryl)

dad: she turned to that corner... she so short la...

me: (damn.... of all person, my dad could spot her!...)

this trip, my dad was like a small boy whom his mother took him out to town... he was sooo impressed with the place, the shops, the ppl and their dressing and display and the size of the mall!!! even in BB Plaza, he was like.. wow... hahaha.. mum and me can't stop rolling our eyes!

wonder if he'll still be like that when we go to KL on the 18th... hmm.... this time somemore going to stay at the hotel AT Bintang Walk man... somemore near the clubbing area!!! hahahah.. i'm thinking, after the dinner, make a change, and walk down to Beach Club!! yeah!!!!! but then again, go with who ah?....hmm....
