advantages of blogging...

Friday night...

went to fetch Ah Ma and Ah Kong for dinner... ended up eating Malay food this time.. haven't had some for quite a while... then didn't know where to go... wanted to go back to Ah Kong's place to burn pics but his better half didn't want.. it's ok... good also, me don't want to get stuck at home (or rather someone elses house.. me want to be OUT!)...

so we decided on the new Sega Fredo's at Upper Penang Road... nice place.. not too packed like the one at Gurney Plaza... here there were more "sophisticated" people compared to Gurney... anyway.. we sat upstairs and ordered... i had some non-alcoholic cocktail... boy how i regret ordering that! it's the same damn drink in Fish and Co.! hahaha.... other than that it was great... laughing, chatting, gossiping and admiring the new place....

then it all changed when Ah Kong saw his ex... man what night, talk about Friday the 13th!! soi!!... we were gossiping bout her and how after so long she didn't have at least a bit of change... this time Ah Ma had the chance to get a glimps of her.. i hope she's ok with all this.. after all it was like nearly 5 years ago when it happened... i guess this type of thing u can't help it but to have a lil bit of "feelings"... but as long as u are happy with the relationship u have now.. there's nothing that will screw it up... it's all in the past..

anyway, we were waiting when she'll leave and eventually she did.. bout nearly midnite... Ah Kong's friend had come over to join us.. another Eurasian... it was a cheer... he came with his wit and jokes and he's just too funny... Ah Ma and i were like laughing and laughing till she had to order another drink and i had to ask for more water... hahahah.... throat too dry...

there were so many crappy jokes we said that i told myself i'll blog about it but... now i can't remember.... (hey Ah Ma.. can remember any?)

it was 3am when i came home after sending those two back.... waaa so tired man... sleepy......

Saturday......

got up late... stayed home.. online surfing and watching That 70's Show... man i need to stop watching that!!!!

went to church.. it was the feast of the church and it was LONG....!!!! 1 1/2 hours man!!!! and the church was packed!!!!! at least the songs were up beat and were sung properly to keep me awake and occupied...

got an email from SEFA members... i didn't know that they found my blog!! hahahha... wonder how did they find my blog... anyway.. WELCOME SEFA members!!! and this leads to the advantages to blogging...

- let people know what u've been up to without telling the same story to each and every one
- practise your essay skills
- a so-called journal pour out your good and bad feelings
- it's "someone" that listens to u when u're lonely, sad, depressed
- opens an opportunity to write for SEFA website!

yes yes.. because of my blog, SEFA members want me to contribute writing for the content of the SEFA website... hahah i was shocked and honoured at the same time... come to think of it, people DO read my blog...

and today...

dad has a PEA (Penang Eurasian Association) AGM today... so went with him for lunch before the meeting... during lunch i was telling him bout blogging and what SEFA wanted me to do to help out in the SEFA website... he asked if he could have a blog for him to write about his cycling... i was thinking.. oh shit.. now he may want to read my blog.. and i don't really want him to read... but i didn't come to that subject... i told him i'd send him the blog website to his email for him to register.. i hope he's able to follow the setting up instructions....

so i dropped him at the Heritage House (PEA club house) after lunch... and i went to watch Kingdom of Heaven at GSC... yes alone.. what to do? i didn't know the movie was 2 1/2 hours long!!!! had to make dad wait after the meeting... poor thing...

and now i'm home... was raining off and on... which is cool with me... it's better this than HOT!!!

got to really get back to documentation..... sigh.....
