PastaMania @ Pavillion, Bkt Bintang

after my hospitalization ordeal, dad decided to chia me lunch... but i had NO freaking idea on where to go... so since he's never been to the Pavillion and his bus was in Pudu... why not.. i was secretly thinking of getting my J.Co donuts too!! nyeh nyeh nyeh...
anyway, was walking around the food floor in Pavillion and dad saw this place - PastaMania.. so ok la we went in to try... the concept of the place was like fast food type... u line up, look at the menu at the cashier.. tell them what u want... and wait for your food to be placed in the tray... for food like pizza, they will bring it to your table...
if u ordered pasta, you are given a few choices on what pizza you want to go with your toppings... they don't really recommend which goes well with what, but it's all on each person's preferrences...

there were so many types of pasta.. tomato based ones and cream based ones and also pizzas... i was torn between the normal spagetthi bolognese or the carbonarra... in the end, i took the cream based one.... with ceaser salad....

what i like about the carbonarra was that it wasn't rich... at the end of the meal, i didn't feel jelak.. which is good, cause i still have that feeling of going back there again! hahaha.. though the ceasor salad was abit weird - they put eggs in it... hmm.. first time seeing eggs in a ceaser salad..

dad had tri-shrooms personall pizza - it's vegetarian... yes, dad tries not to eat food with meat (though he is NOT a vegetarian) and he also loves mushrooms.. so... the pizza he had had 3 types of mushrooms... hence the name of the pizza - Tri-shrooms... it looked good but before i could try some, dad finished it.. dad also ordered some garlic break.. nice... but nothing fancy - i still miss Francis' garlic bread in penang!

wanted to take more pics but i was squeezing battery life from the camera... just hoping to get a pic or two from my outings...

so there, PastaMania at Pavillion, Bkt Bintang.... good for pasta lovers on the go... :)
