bored

but i still don't want to come back to work...

my cousin's kids have exams, so my cousin can't be bringing us 'holiday-ers' out all the time... so will have to be home for a few days... it's fine actually ... but sometimes i get restless... been itching to sun burn again, but scared... cause i had a heat stroke the first time i went swimming at 3.30pm!!!!!

maybe i'll try again in the morning, or later in the evening...

dubai is lovely at night... when it's not to hot.... though i don't think i'll be able to see the 'nite life' in dubai, i guess all clubs are still the same, just that ppl are different and music may be different...

had a chance to sit at the mall (while waiting for my cousin to shop with her husband) and managed to look at the local and not so local ppl around... like what they wear, what language they talk... and the fun part is trying to figure out which country they are from...!!! it's not easy u know.. like in malaysia... u can somehow see if they're from japan, taiwan, india, bangladesh, indon.. but in dubai.... there's so many places in the middle east that u can't say!!!! hahahaha... even the ppl there can't tell where we're from!!!....

i won't be putting up pics of my cousin and her family as they sort of pantang having their pics on the internet... so i'll only put up pics of myself and the aunty that came with me...

there's so much to say.... it's all 90% sand here.... u can't see the black sand/soil that u have at home.. it's purely SAND...!!! like the one on the beach... but FINER.... just imagine if there's a sand storm when u're out-doors.... and it gets into your eyes.... u gonna suffer man!!!!! hahahahha..... but dun worry, we're always indoors... it's too hot to sit outside like outside coffee bean and have a smoke.... too hot!!! oh and ppl smoke in the malls u know!!!!

ppl here, they drink their water from bottled water... not from the tap and filter and boil... it's ALL from bottled/mineral water... just imagine, u wash your food, rice, boil water for tea, cooking... all from Spritzer bottles?? wierd right....

ohh oohhh... and parking here is free!! at least in the malls..... ohh and toilets too are free... though i haven't seen their public toilets yet....

tomorrow is school day, so my cousin will leave me at the mall... so that i won't be so bored staying at home and do my own shopping alone.. yippie!!! but then again... $$$ not so much left... sigh.. should have brought more.... and will have to get a cab back....

i'm glad that i came.... don't know if i want to come again though.... but i'm glad i came ... for the experience... hope we'll go to the beach for my can-see-feet water!!!
