gloomy day.....
was in bed, feeling so nice... the air was cooling and just feel like sleeping somemore but it's late already.... i got up... and found out that it was raining!!! not to say raining cats and dogs but it was drizzling lightly... and the sky was dark...there was strong wind... no wonder it was cooling and soooo comfy to sleep!!!!
even the water in the bathroom was cold!!! haven't had cold water for quite some time!! for the HOT weeks that we had, there was never cold water coming out from the pipes and taps!!! so today... it was glorious!!!! hehehehe....
got emails from my supervisor asking me bout my network... asking me to check this and check that... so i guess i got to go to college today... thought because of the rain i can skip but i can't... so now in college... managed to check the stuff she asked about and replied to her...
eventhough i got my email server running, she said that the set up i did was using ipv4 and not ipv6 and she wants me to 'rectify' it.... but how?? she didn't say.... sheesh..... like that's any help!!! so sent emails to darryl hoping to get and answer... but i doubt it.. will only get it tomorrow...
my baby called and told me that one of his puppies back home had died... so sad... he said it was some virus thingy or something... sigh... i asked if they (his sis and mum) gave the puppies (4 or 5 of them) injection? he said no... so.... there you go... never give injection... see what happened!!! tsk tsk tsk (shaking my head)
ohh yea.. the movie last night!!!! i didn't read the tickets properly and when i got there, it seems for every ticket they'll give one can of beer free!!! hahahahah.... Heineken somemore!!!!! when we reached there, surprisingly we met my 2 childhood friends (brother and sister) Aaron and Melissa... they too had won tickets online....
so we were there and we saw people eating at the Premier Class area... thought there would be free food and beer for us, but when we went to register, it's said that we can't go in cause we are online winners and not 'those people' that can get in... so anyway... we waited outside... by 8.30pm there were lots of people lining up to so-called register and got shoo-ed away like us... when it was time to get in to the theatre, the ticket guy showed us to go through the Premier Class way and we went (knowing that we shouldn't be going in through that way but had to wait at the normal entrance)
we went in anyway and were in with the VIPs and mum and i saw a buffet line at one corner... heheheh we saw people eating so we had our share!!! (again, knowing that we should be waiting outside with the other 'online' winners...) then when i wanted to claim the free beer, the guy said that when we go in only they will give but some organiser saw me asking and just gave me a can!!! hahahahha i got an extra can of beer!!!
standing with the VIPs.. can see they were drinking.... waitresses were walking around giving out free beer in their sexy dresses.... i mean... where can u drink beer and watch a movie at the same time??!!! so when time came to go in the theatre, they gave us our free beer (now i got 3!) and went in to our seats... the hall was full and could see people drinking beer and popcorn!!! not coke and popcorn but BEER and popcorn!!! hahahahha that was a sight....
just to be in the crowd, i too just opened my 'free' beer.... i knew mum was there with me but she didn't say anything... well i don't really drink beer cause i don't really like the bitterness of it but Heineken... i don't mind!! hahahahha it was FREE!!!!!
then the movie started.... it was ok... it's light, fun, funny.... lots of crap when it came to whites trying to be blacks and the blacks giving a speech on how being black had brought America to where it is now... that type of crap.... the whole movie was good...if u just want to have some laughs.... go see this movie, Be Cool.... psst watch out for The Rock... he plays such a lousy part.. knowing how macho and 'great' he is in wrestling.. this part really brings him down!!! hahahahha but it's really HILARIOUS!!!!!
