MAX Kitchen and Wine

team dinner was held in MAX, greatly recommended by the Makan King himself... and because he's been there like a few times, he made friends with the owner - Max Chin that the managed to get a special made menu - not in the ordinary menu... and it's only for u...

food at Max is very personal - it's a one man show, Max himself cooks the food... so if he thinks he has too much orders, he'll just close the doors and just serve the current customers and wouldn't mind not having new customers....

that's what i call.... exclusive man!!

food here in Max is more of western style but you can see the fusion that Max tries to accomplish... and mind you he does a heck of a very good job! with his wonderful food, there are great wines that will compliment this dishes.. it ranges from the normal wines and the more exotic and $$$ ones...

the atmosphere of his place is very cosy, warm (not heat type of warm but ppl type of warm) and will good piping music.. one could feel like just spending the whole night there with good food, wine and just talking with your good friends and not wanting to go home...
